I've been neglecting my little Secret and I feel like such a bad admin. I haven't drawn anything for her in like..... a month But I'm changing that now. I'm gonna get back to answering questions and I have a few pics I want to draw so be on the lookout for those :3 ))

*Secret nods excitedly and smiles brightly as she interlinks her arm with his* Yes, I'm ready. *she shifts her bare feet a little in the soft sand of the beach and grins as she looks out over the sparkling water stretched out before them* Oh, it's so pretty out here Pain.

*Pain smiles and grasps her hand in his.* Yes it certainly is my dear. *He gestures towards the strip of open beach and asks.* Shall we go for a walk my dear?

*Waves crash in against the beach and the sand is still warm from the sun of that day. As they walk down the beach Pain fiddles with a curl of her hair, running it between his fingers.* Have you ever been to the beach before Secret?

*The small strand of her hair lightly twists and wraps around his fingers as he messes with it and she smiles* Yeah, I've been here a few times. I like walking on the sand when it's all nice and warm and sometimes I come and find some really pretty little seashells! I really like the beach, it's fun...... but apparently when you swim around and make people believe you're a shark they don't like that. *her nose crinkles up as she gives a small displeased frown along with a little huff*

*Pain shakes his head and says.* The nerve of some people. *He twirls her hair around on his finger. He stops, bends down, and picks up a conical seashell to inspect it. Brown and white striations spiral down it.*

*She comes to a stop along with him as he takes a moment to bend down and pick something up from out of the the sand. Her eyes then quickly grow big and round in wonderment as she looks at the shell he had in his hands* Oh you found one! Oooooooo, it's pretty!

*He smirks and hands it to her.* Well it's not you but, I suppose it is pretty in its own right. *Pain leans down and gives her a soft kiss on the cheek.*

*Secret examines the little shell that he places into her hands but then smiles shyly as he places the kiss against her cheek* Aww Pain. *a soft pink blush appears on her face and she giggles into her sleeved hands*

*Pain smiles at her blush and runs a thumb across her cheek in a wistful display of tenderness.* You are beautiful. You know that right?

*Her blush deepens a bit as his thumb glides across her cheek and she quickly shakes her head as she gives out with a few flustered giggles* O-Oh no no no no no hee, I-I'm not! That's just s-silly!

*He lowers his hand from her face but soon preoccupies it with holding her hand. His thumb repeats the caressing motion across the back of her palm, rubbing through the soft material of her sleeve. Pain looks straight into her eyes and with a small nod says.* Yes you are.

*Secret looks up at him with big round eyes as she just silently stares back at him for a moment* ............ r... really? *a small soft smile then spreads across her face and she then suddenly gives him a quick kiss on the lips. After pulling away she gives a light giggle and smiles brightly* And you're just too sweet.

*Pain is caught off guard by the quick kiss but smiles as she pulls away. Suddenly a steel drum can be faintly heard in the background. Its unique tune is soon accompanied by guitar. Then a ukulele, then a trumpet. Pain turns to look for the source of the sound and is surprised to see a small group of people gathering near a large fire a ways down the beach. Over the music, laughter can be heard and the flickering fire reveals them to be dancing across the sands.*

*When Pain turns and looks towards the direction that the music was originating from, Secret looks over herself and sees the soft glow of the fire off in the distance. Noticing that there were also some people dancing along with the music she grins and excitedly looks up at Pain* Hey, they're playing music and dancing and stuff over there. Oh oh, can we go over there Pain?

Um... Ssssure. I don't see why not. *He takes her hand and leads her towards the group of people on the beach with a hint of trepidation. Although he was sure he could intimidate them into letting them join in he was also sure Secret would feel a bit uncomfortable around them if it came to that. As they step into the firelight suddenly the music stops. All of the people turn to stare at them. There is a silence for several seconds before Pain breaks by giving them a small wave and saying.* Um... Hi... *Immediately a chorus of voices is heard as they shout in cheerful unison.* Aloha!

*After looking around at the rather cheerful looking group of people, Secret gives a bright, friendly grin and waves excitedly towards them* Hiya! We heard your guy's nice music and saw you guys dancin' around and stuff and we were kinda wondering if you wouldn't mind if we joined you.

*As she speaks a male Candy person steps through the crowd with a giant grin. His hair appears to be done in dreadlocks and then pulled back into a ponytail. He is wearing khaki shorts, sandals, and a white collared T-shirt. The man spreads his arms wide and says jovially.* Aloha me bredran! We be de denizenz uv de aiyland kingdom! Me name be Joffee! An Joffee gwan tell ya right chere an now dat if joynin arr celebrashon be wha you dezire, den all ya gwan ave ta do is say... ALOHA! *He is joined by another chorus of Aloha from behind him as the people whoop and holler. Pain blinks for a few moments before saying.* Umm.... Aloha? *Joffee laughs and shakes his head.* Come on ya great bombalcat! Joffee know gwanna ave more den dat! *Pain blinks a few times as though unsure of how he should take this. He had never really been.... welcomed anywhere. But as he feels Secret grip his hand he feels something change. He smiles and shouts.* Aloha! *The rest of them shout it back to him. Joffee grins and says.* Now wha Joffee be tellin ya!? Yer a natural! *He turns to Secret and offers her the same friendly grin.* An now it yo turn.
((I understand Joffee's words are a little funky. Sorry for that. He's based off of someone with a Jamaican accent. And before you say anything, yes I know Aloha is Hawaiian and not Jamaican.))

*Secret smiles as Pain shouts out the Aloha and she lightly squeezes his hand* Hee, that was great Pain! *Once Joffee turns to her she then grins excitedly and looks towards the ground as if to prepare herself* My turn? Ok ok, I got this...... *she takes in a slow, deep breath before shouting out as loudly as she can so everyone can hear* ALOOOOOOOOHA! *she then glances around towards the crowd of people before tilting her head a little to the side as she lets out with a light cheerful giggle*

*The entire group jumps in the air and shouts back.* Aloha! *They then swarm the couple, the girls giving Secret friendly hugs and the men whopping Pain on the back in greeting. Joffee steps forward and asks.* So Wha be ya names agin an waiy ya out on dis beach so late in de night? *Pain, who up until now had been looking around rather confusedly at their antics, answers his first question.* Well I'm Pain and this is Secret.

*With each hug she receives, Secret happily smiles and gives each person her own friendly hug in return. She'd never met a group of people who were so happy, friendly and even huggy as these people were and she found them just great. After Pain gives his answer to Joffee's first question, Secret then interjects with a bright smile as she then tightly hugs Pain's arm* And we were taking a nice little walk on the beach. Hee, we're having a date night. *She lovingly places her head against his arm and giggles softly*

*Pain grins at her answer and pats her arms lovingly with his free hand. But as she says the word date night all of the party goers gasp. Joffee says.* Ya two be onna date... *He gestures at Pain with a humorous expression.* An ya be wearin' dat? Oh mon we gonna ave ta do somethin bout yo weardrobe. Ya need ta learn ta eempress ya lady friend! *He takes Pain by the arm and starts leading him away. A flash of annoyance crosses Pain's face as he says.* Hey let go of me. *Joffee pulls him along and says.* Now don ya worree yo prutty liddle ed none. We bring ya righ back ell spruced up fo ya date. An de Ladies, de be taken care o yo Secret. *Pain gives a glance between him and Secret. These people seemed friendly enough... And he really didn't want to distress Secret with any uber violence. So instead he gives her a reassuring smile, even as the females from the group move in chattering about getting her into some proper beach/date attire.*

*Secret's smile fades a little as Pain is suddenly pulled away from her side and she's left there with the women of the group. She normally did ok when amongst a large group of peopleβ¦.. but that was usually because Pain was with her so not having him there now made her a little bit uncomfortable. But as he turns and gives her a reassuring smile, she then manages a small smile of her own as she slowly relaxes again and she even gives a little wave goodbye as they walk away. At least these people were pretty friendly so it made it a bit easier to be left alone with them. But as the women continue to discuss about what type of clothing they should get for her, she tilts her head a little and then tugs lightly on her sweater as she looks around at them* Isβ¦. is my sweater not good for the beach?

*One of the older women, maybe forty or fifty walks forward and pats her shoulder reassuringly. She gives Secret a friendly smile and says in a much less accented voice.* Oh sweetheart your sweater is fine, but this is a special occasion. We just want to help you look nice for your man. Like a makeover.

*At the mention of the word makeover a small smile appears on her face until it slowly spreads into a giant grin. If there was anything she loved as much as stickers, it was makeovers* Oh, well why didn't you say so! *She giggles lightly and then glances down at her sweater again for a moment before looking back up* So um, what would be nice for me to wear for a beach date night then?

*The woman smiles knowingly.* Oh we have a few things lined up for you. Here follow us. *She begins leading Secret up the beach to a small hut.*

*Secret smiles rather excitedly and in a bit of anticipation at how they were going to fix her up for Pain and she eagerly follows beside the woman. She happily walks along the sandy beach in her bare feet until they walk up to the small hut and Secret tilts her head a little. The structure was rather different than other buildings she had seen around Ooo and she studies it curiously before smiling brightly* What a cute little house!

*They lead her inside and though the interior is a bit sparse as far as furniture goes, it is very homey. With inviting trinkets, photos, books, and other objects. The matriarch opens up a closet and begins looking through it. Hm... No.... No... This won't do... Ahhh. Yes. I think this will work just fine. *She brings a long strapless, sleeveless, and calf length dress out. It's a light blue color with white hibiscus print covering it.* How does this look child?

*Secret slowly glances around the quaint interior of the little hut as she patiently waits while the woman examines each of the dresses for just the right one. When she takes out the blue strapless dress Secret looks it over and she smiles brightly at the sight of it* Oh goodness... this is sooooo pretty! Um....... but.... *she stares at the dress for a bit before looking up at the woman with a bit of a puzzled expression* ...Where'd its sleeves go? Do you put them on after you put on the dress?

*The woman's smile falters a bit in confusion of the question. But she quickly smiles again and says.* This is a sleeveless dress child. It doesn't have any. *She is quiet for a few seconds before saying.* But... If you would like sleeves.... I think I know just the thing. Here. Hold this. *She hands the dress to Secret with a small wink before going back into the closet.*

*Secret takes the dress when the woman hands it to her and she studies it curiously. The dress was........ sleeve less? With constantly wearing a sweater that had sleeves that were so long they went past her hands, a dress that was actually sleeveless was a bit of a foreign concept to her. It was still an awfully pretty dress though. She looks down at the dress for a moment more before glancing back up at the woman and watches her as she rummaged through the closet to see what she was looking for*

Ah! Here we are! *The woman exclaims as she comes back over to Secret. Her hands stretch out some sort of scarf-like piece of fabric. It's made out of a light, almost transparent, light blue silk.* This is a shawl child. You place it over your shoulders, then you can wrap it around your arms.

*Secret looks down at the shawl that the woman extends out to her and then gently picks up the thin piece of fabric. She studies it a moment before experimentally wrapping it around her shoulders. It was rather different from the familiar feel of her sleeves but if it would cover her arms then it would do. Tightening the shawl a little more around her, Secret grins widely as she looks back up at the woman* Oh this'll work just great!

*She smiles kindly and says.* Oh good. Now you can go use the bathroom to change. *She says figuring that if Secret was self conscious about her arms then changing in front of strangers would be a bit much to ask of her.*

*Secret gives a quick nod as she smiles brightly and moves away clutching the dress and scarf excitedly in her arms* Ok, thank you! *Once she finds the door leading into the restroom, she steps inside and carefully lays the clothing onto the sink counter before closing the door behind her. As she unfastens the ribbon tied around her waist she can't help but look back at the blue dress with a soft smile. It really was pretty. She hoped Pain would like it too. After removing her regular clothing she slips the dress on over head and adjusts it a little so it would fit just right. She looks down at the flowery dress on her with a giant grin but as she notices her exposed arms she shakes her head a little. She still didn't understand why anyone would want a dress without sleeves. Picking up the shawl, she places it around her shoulders and smiles contentedly as the fabric covers up her arms. Much better. She folds her regular clothes into a nice little pile and walks back out into the living room* How.... how does it look?

*The women in the room all turn to look at her when she comes out. Several gasp and cover their mouths. The matriarch walks up to Secret, looks her over for a few seconds, reaches to her right, plucks a sheer white hibiscus flower out of a vase, tucks it gently into Secret's hair just above her ear, places a hand on both of her shoulders, and says.* Sweetheart... He won't know what hit him. *Suddenly all the other girls surround her, hugging her and giving her words of praise. She hears fabulous a few times and amazing even more. One calls her sexy, bumping her hips against Secret's causing all the girls to laugh.*

*Secret smiles warmly as the woman sets the flower in her hair. Her smile then grows a little more as the others surround her and compliment her on how she looked. But.... sexy? She wasn't sure what that one meant but for some reason it makes her blush lightly and she giggles shyly with them as they laugh. She then turns towards the older woman and smiles as she quickly gives her a tight hug* Thank you so much for making me beach date appropriate!

*The woman staggers a little as Secret hugs her, but she smiles warmly and wraps her arms around her in a motherly hug.* Oh child. It's no trouble. *She pulls back and smooths out Secret's hair before asking.* You ready to make a grown man blush?

*She smiles and the ladies form a group around Secret, hiding her from prying eyes. The woman straightens her dress a bit, smirks, and says.* Then let's go get em. *They walk outside and down to the party area where the men are all standing around talking, laughing, and generally having a good time. When Joffee sees the women coming he laughs and says.* Aye leave it to a wuman ta be layte to da pahty. *The woman smirks at his antics and says.* Perfection cannot be rushed. *The men smile and move out of the way revealing Pain in his new beach attire. He is wearing a black collared button up t-shirt. It's fairly thin but holds his form in all the right places. Khaki pants reach down to his ankles which are bare and shoeless in the cool evening sand. A puka shell necklace hugs his neck tightly. He gives the girls a roguish smirk causing several of them to giggle. Joffee laughs and says.* Nah bahd ay? Now show us yers. *The women part out of the way revealing Secret. Several of the men gasp and wolf whistle at seeing her. But Pain isn't paying any attention to that. He is staring straight at her, with an expression of quiet amazement.*

*Secret giggles shyly from some of the whistling towards her but as she catches sight of Pain her eyes slowly widen and a bright blush quickly forms over her face. She'd never really seen him in anything but Tain's clothing so this was quite a surprise. A pleasant surprise to say the least. When she shakes herself out of her stupor she takes a few steps forward and smiles up at him* O-oh wow.... Pain, y-you look...... *she takes a moment to think of the right word. She remembers back to the word that one of the ladies had used earlier and she grins back up at him. She wasn't really sure what it meant since she had never heard it before tonight but she hoped it at least meant he looked nice* You look sexy.

*Pain smiles as he sees the effect he has on her. But his eyes widen when she calls him sexy. He had no idea she knew that word... Or how to use it. Suddenly he grins and rushes up to her, wraps his arms around her waist, lifts her up into the air, and kisses her while spinning around in the sand. As he slows to a stop he smiles at her and says.* You look remarkable.

*She's taken a bit by surprise when he suddenly lifts her up and kisses her as he spins her around. But once he comes to a slow stop she smiles back at him with a few little flustered giggles. She then gives him a quick kiss to the tip of his nose before lovingly leaning her forehead against his as she looks at him with a warm smile*

*A giant grin slowly spreads across her lips. Those were her absolutely favorite words. A few softs "awws" float through the crowd of islanders around them which causes Secret to giggle a little before nuzzling her face up against his* I love you too Pain. Soooooo much! Hee.

Naice. Varay naice. *Joffee states with a smile. Then he turns and calls out.* Now dat deh couple ees proparly dressed... Lets git dis pahty stahted! *The other beach goers cheer their affirmations and the music starts back up. They start dancing along the beach, kicking up sand to the tempo of the upbeat tune. Pain smiles a little and asks Secret.* May I have this dance my dear?

*Glancing over at the other party goers that were starting to dance to the beat of the festive music, Secret looks back at Pain with an excited smile* Yes you may. Hee, let's go! *Quickly taking his hands in hers she pulls him across the sand and over towards the other dancers as they danced in the light of the fire's flames*

*He takes her right hand in his left and holds her waist with his right. Pain smiles down at her and leads her into a energetic, prancing, mess of a waltz. It's sloppy, a bit uncoordinated, and fun as hell. Pain laughs openly as they spin around on the sand with the upbeat tempo.*

*Secret smiles brightly up at him and she laughs joyfully as they dance across the cool evening sand. Every spin and playful step they take to the lively music causes her smile to grow even wider as she giggles happily* Wheeeeeee!

*He smiles and brings her in closer, causing them to spin faster. Then he falls down in the sand, totally on purpose, taking her with him. They are on the outskirts of the dancers and Pain laughs jovially as he looks up at Secret, who is on top of him.*
