Description
Loctor is Theatrice Mizé's most trained pupil. She has proficient skill in multiple forms of combat. She aims to please her teacher by becoming the first Queen of the Rodra Kingdom in over a century and a half through a fair election.
She rides a large blue dragon named Sonette for transport to far away places and extra firepower on her missions. Her armour, sword, dagger, shield, and blaster are all of Hibaltese make despite being born and raised in the Rodra Kingdom. Her equipment was secretly commissioned to the Snow-coats due to their superior quality over Rodran armour.

Loctor Strong was born and raised in a Rodran town as part of a pewter family business. She had dreamed of being a fighter. Her parents discouraged her about fighting, but out of reluctance they let her train with a guard anyway. The guard taught Loctor how to use the bow and arrow.
During a bandit raid Loctors home was targeted. The bandits attacking killed Loctors parents. Loctor lashed out in rage and shot the bandits with her bow and arrow. She grabbed a knife got out of the shop and helped the town guards, most of whom were shocked to see a little girl taking down large burly bandits with apparent ease. After the raid was defused Loctor collapsed and began crying. The guards tried comforting her as they walked her to her uncles house.
Weeks later Loctor received a letter from Theatrice Mizé inviting her to train with her noble guard faction in the Rodra Capitol. Loctor asked her uncle if she should go. Her uncle encouraged her to do what she believed was right. Loctor chose to go to the capitol to train. She was brought to Theatrice Mizés doorstep paying with almost half her fortune for training. She made many quick friends including Theatrice herself, Count Sable Drooma, and his granddaughter Viol Drooma.
Loctor used her pain and everything else she had as a motivator to get better at every challenge thrown her way. With Count Drooma weaving the right intentions into her head, and the instructing of both teachers she excelled fast. During her training she still exchanged letters with her uncle.
Eventually, Loctor reached the position of the Mizé factions General. She was allowed to have her own unique armour forged. She traveled to the Hibalt Settlement and commissioned a sword, shield, dagger, suit of armour, circlet, helmet, and blaster using the crystal the Folias Sentinel gave her, all specially designed and forged by the Snow-Coat family. During the time it was being forged Loctor traded lessons with the Hibaltese guards.
When Loctor got her armour and weapons finished fitted and tested, she bid the Snow-coats and all the friends she made at Hibalt good bye and returned to the Rodra Capitol to show Theatrice her new armour and arsenal.
When she showed her blaster in combat the head of the Folias family accused her of theft. The sentinel who gifted her the crystal confessed that he gave the crystal. The head of the Folias Family sent both of them to court to pass horrific judgement. King Feignous Rodra himself supported with verbal assault and openly threatened to "shut down the Mizé family and their sexist guard faction" as he quoted not knowing that the Mizé faction was composed of equally paid men an women. Count Drooma came to the rescue by weaving fear into the accusers heads and a sense of self-wrongdoing as well as confidence into the minds of the other senators. He then convinced the court that blaster crystals shouldn't be limited to the Folias guards alone. They agreed easily and let both Loctor and the sentinel off without a hitch.
Loctor continued her job as Mizé General. Almost a year into her career she freed dragons who were captured and mistreated. A really big dragon took a liking to Loctor but neither understood each other. Loctor didn't want either of them to be kept in the shadows so she spent the next eight months of her spare time learning to speak the tongue of the dragons with a little help from Count Drooma. She learned that the dragons name was Sonette and she wanted to support Loctor in her cause whenever she was needed. Loctor accepted her offer. Theatrice was surprised, and initially against the idea of keeping a dragon due to cost in stable maintenance and food. Sonette insisted she would hunt her own food and live in the woods nearby. Loctor would only need call her with a horn. Loctor commissioned a horn to call Sonette. When she familiarized Sonette with the sound, Sonette got herself outfitted with a saddle. Sonette joined Loctor on many out of the way missions. Sonette made Loctors travels so fast she frequently visited her old town and Hibalt to see how her uncle and her friends were doing and just showing them that she was doing fine.
