Heyo Kiddo! This is Reform, another TCN character of mine. She's a anti-virus, though her creator first made her as a virus.While her name may sound like she's forgiving or merciful, she's quite the opposite. She'll well known for her brutal attacks towards viruses and will do just about anything to catch her target.
Also just about every part or her body can rotate 360 degrees, and she expresses/talks with emoticons.
