It's finished! ヽ(Ｔ ▽ Ｔ)ノ!!! took me long enough (；一_一)Harry potter stands 16 inches/ 41 cm tall~
He comes with a fully removable cloak. The glasses are not removable.
I did not make Hedwig! I just happened to have a white owl plush （＾－＾）♥ ♥

No, not directly on the skin fabric. I draw it on a different fabric (not sure what it's called..), cut it out, and heat-set it onto the plush. It's like an iron-on, except you won't have to worry about it peeling since it's fabric C:
