This is Princess Dawn and her twin, Princess Sunrise-
The little backstory given with her is, Her mother never treated Dawn as her own, the queen ordered to have her slaughtered and to make it look like an ‘accident’ but her sister, Sunrise, persuaded their mother not to kill or ever harm her sister in anyway even though their mother still makes it very clean that Sunrise is her favourite daughter with showering her in gifts While Dawn is left alone.
