I've had this image in my head for a while now, and since I have to wait to go to the store to get more stuffing for making tails for Unthrocon I figured I might as well finish this sketch up. It's based on the whole Frodo turning into a wraith thing (and I'm just in a creepy/Halloweeny mood ^^).
