Second of three pages from Flash Comics #101's Hawkman feature. Golden age comics had their titular supers tied up almost every other book, but gags are not common - there needs to be a reason for them to be used. In this case, Hawkgirl and Hawkman are OTM gagged to prevent their attempting to control the giant birds intended to fly them to their doom by dropping them from up high while their wings are tied. Great CID scene I had not scene until just recently.
