My submission for this [link] . It's the Mutant Manta Ray from Godzilla: The Series. The way I wanted it to be was like one of the nicknems given to it: the devilfish. And I'm not really satisfied with the outcome. Sorry if it's kinda bad.

Where this creature came from is unknown. Most people assume it's a result of a sea creature being mutated or a supernatural being, majority agreeing with the former. Those who have seen this monster call it the 'devilfish' as to what manta rays were first called because of their appearance. And there's more reason to why this is called one. Instead of being a gentle gian as it once was, it has a more hostile nature and is acts like a stingray. With a scorpion-like tail, the mutant manta ray can inflict a serious injury on an opponent or prey which may lead to death if not treated immediately. But there's more than meets the eye.
It also can generate ice and use it as weapon, but often uses it to keep cool. The manta can also generate electomagnetic shockwaves as a defence mechanism like the bombardier beetle, but slo deploys it as a weapon like an electric eel. these characteristics shows that the creature has not only grown, but evolved as well. But, it's random rampages and activities will be cut short once it comes across a certain green-scaled saurian..........
