A 'repaint' I did using Instructions for Armada Thrust downloaded from Hasbro's official Transformers website, [link]The very first entry into the “Gestalt project” Combaticon team, Blast Off. I’m pretty happy with hos this guy came out. I was tempted to use Energon Starscream instead of Thrust, just for an excuse to use the mold, but I think this mold suits him much better anyways. Again, a military-ish color scheme really looks well on this mold. Dare I say this color scheme works much better on this jet mold then Blast Off’s original G1 Space shuttle.
His Minicon would be named Power Punch. I’ve decided to try and name the Minicons (of the team members that have them) after various Decepticon Micromasters. For the Combaticons, I’m obviously choosing from the Decepticon Military Patrol, and the Decepticon Combiner Battle Squad
