Miyako Yashiro (19) - Self-proclaimed re-incarnation of the God Ishtar although no one believes her. She is a famous web-idol and live streams almost her entire life online much to the roaring support of her fans, lovingly nicknamed "Ishstars". She is commonly referred to by the nickname "Miyaya" and sometimes can be caught talking in the third person ("Miyaya is hungry~!"). Her openness and fame has made her the target of stalking several times before but only once was she actually afraid for her life, when one of her beloved fans tried to stab her out in the open while she was live streaming - She stopped streaming for 6 months after this incident.

Hyldeiard Beauvilliers (27) - A woman of mysterious and intrigue, Hyldeiard is best known for her eccentric living style. Wearing extravagant (and expensive) dresses, living in a Victorian mansion right outside of Tokyo, and her seemingly blind Bodyguard all lend themselves to creating a confusing but intriguing image of Hyldeiard. Her past is mostly unknown, just like the whereabouts of her parents, as she consistently makes up newer and more outrageous lies about her youth - What is known for sure is that she was infected with the Moondust Virus right at birth and survived it with little to no side-effect, well expect her eye and color changing.

Bianca LeBeau (35) - World-famous Actress who grew up in wealth and became an actress soon after she was born. She is known as the woman with "a million faces" as each of her roles is entirely different and perfectly portrayed with "perfected perfection" in her words. Her family is, unbeknownst to the public, deeply rooted in crime and she is willing to do anything for a perfect role. She once saved the life of Lysander Hakai who became infected with the Virus by injected a experimental Serum into him, while it worked, her actual plan was to make him become indebted to her by asking him to pay her 500 million yen for her "little act of service" - Since he couldn't do so he became her loyal servant and bodyguard.

Nekohisa Nyanami (27) - She comes from a wealthy family but her father was murdered and her Mother was also murdered after she started suspecting foul play, so at age 14 Nekohisa already knew that she would be next and ran away. She soon after started an illegal gambling business when she turned 15. Not even a year later she was able to buy her own building and built her very first (illegal) casino known as the "Cat's Gambit". When she was 17 she saved a young girl from an Infected Attack and employed her at the Casino - She later saved and employed more teens who are now "indebted" to her. She additionally collects information on her customers and sells it to whoever pays the most.
