"Dangerous" is the first signal my brain receives when I see a snake. 🐍

I'm terrified of snakes, I can't help screaming whenever I meet one: but truth be told, they are more frightened than I am do to my screeching... 😱

I made this acrylic painting to overcome my fear of snakes: spoiler alert, it didn't work; I still can't bring myself to hike during the monthsMarch to October because is rattlesnake season. 🐍

The Sunbeam Snake (Xenopeltis unicolor) is harmless, and absolutely captivating for the beauty of its colors.

Although the first sign when you see them is "Danger", ⚠☢☣ there are snakes that are not venomous or dangerous at all.

"Peligroso" es la primera señal que recibe mi cerebro al ver una serpiente. 🐍

Me aterran las serpientes, no puedo evitar gritar al encontrarme con una: pero la verdad sea dicha, ellas se asustan más que yo... 😱

Esta pintura en acrílico la realicé para vencer mi miedo a las serpientes: spoiler, no funcionó; aún no me animo a hacer senderismo de marzo a octubre por las víboras de cascabel. 🐍

La Serpiente Rayo de Sol (Xenopeltis unicolor) es inofensiva, y absolutamente cautivadora por la belleza de sus colores.

Aunque la primera señal al verlas sea "Peligro" ⚠☢☣, hay serpientes que no son venenosas ni peligrosas del todo.
