A collaboration with FionaCreatesShe's got such a great eye for composition and this was so much fun to work with all the flowing hair

Anyway, I love lining art and she's not all that fond of that process so she sketched, I lined, and then she colored it.

I've tried it before but I've never really stuck with it because I preferred some of the things I'm able to do freehand :/ I guess it depends on the style of art in question; for styles with thicker lines I would use it I think, but the lines I usually use are 2-3px

Usually 2100 x 1300px, I used to draw on a much bigger canvas but I always found that it took so long ^.^

I agree that a background probably would have taken away from the overall impact the piece has. Sometimes simple is better 
FionaCreates does such a fantastic job with composition and use of color and I think she showed that here nicely
