xD Anyway, this is a b-day present for the awesome *OrginArceus97 ~ 8'D
Man, I got this done like 4 days early... ಠ_ಠ I wanted to upload it so bad, but I don't like uploading things early xD; But anyway, Julie, you are a very special person ._. because I worked ALL morning on this thing .-. Seriously, I got up at 5:00 AM and I got it done at like 11:00 AM .3. AND I COULD NOT GET THE POSE RIGHT FOR ANYTHING. BU I did eventually though xD Oh and I learned another new trick in SAI. I knew about it, but never really used it. It's called "luminosity". And what you do is you make a new layer and change the "mode" to "luminosity". And move that layer above of whatever layer you want to lighten, and then use whatever color you want depending on what color you want to light to be It's pretty cool. 8D I used a lot of that in this picture, including the electricity.
... btw, I love painting clouds ~oCo~
