I have never used a base before but it looks like others simply copy and color your exact image. This is not what I wish to do. I really love the pose and simply want to mimic your pose for my character and a cannon character by drawing their complete bodies and using your basic pose as a starting point!
Hope that's okay. I will really only sketch my image using your pose as my muse base!
