China is a corporatist and technocratic country ran by rich and powerful but more militaristic and heavily influenced by ultranationalism, copycatting from its ally, Italy and yet they're setting up the Asian Cooperative Alliance, a counterbalance to Japan-led Pacific Economic Union and they're funding the disinformation spreaders like OTL Putinist Russia to sow discord and distrust but they had existing colonies which can be used to extract resources in the upcoming war against Japan which the AFN will not tolerate it.
