In Japanese media, especially anime, when someone sees something extremely attractive their temperature rises so high they get a nosebleed. This indicates an arousal oftentimes (both boys and girs.)

Nah, it's just that different cultures have different symbols for different things. I personally think it's weird in American cartoons that a guy's face turns into a howling wolf when they see a hot chick...
or a person's face turns green when they're about to vomit. I know for a fact MY face turns pale when i'm about to be sick.

i am american and i never seen a cartoon where a guys face turn into a howling wolf but the green face thing its cartoon its normal its not suppost to be realistic like that it be weird if there faces turned pale

Watch enough Chuck Jones cartoons, and you'll see how the howling wolf idea evolved. I was growing up around the era where there was a transition between the old school/new school cartoons.
As for the green face, I've actually seen some cartoons (particularly anime) where they will bleach out a character's face when they become nauseous. I've seen "Avatar: The Last Airbender" do this as well.

This... is the corrupted side of Cupa. What she does is she runs towards a human, pounce them down, open up her jacket (which is pretty nasty), and sometimes blow them up with dynamite.
