It's not how it works. It's extreme heat that melts your kind. You are right about that's not how it works. Natural produced heat isn't enough to melt you. You'll only melt in the Desert Biome or The Nether. But if you drink a Potion of Fire Resistance, you'll be fine while the effects last. By the way, your Snow Ball attack only hurts Blazes, so go ahead and enjoy a snowball fight in the Snow Biome. You have nothing to worry about! ^^ *Hugs*

That's probably a different Snow Golem person if it's a girl. Did you know that Steve (Or Alex, or some reskin of one of the two) isn't the only one who can bring to life Snow Golems? Andr can do it too! It's very simple to bring into being a Snow Golem: Step 1: Have a Snow Block out. Step 2: Get another Snow Block and stack it on top of the other. And the final step: Place a Pumpkin on top of that stack. Because of the simplicity of such, There's probably MANY Snow Golems! Don't worry Jack, I know you are a boy.
