Anyways, it's showing what happends. Bill posseses Dipper, and then they slowly change. The picture with Dipper's eye, and the knife, all bloody is Dipper tearing his eye out because Mabel told him that he's acting different, like Bill, and that his now-yellow eye reminds her of him. He promptly took his eye out saying how he refuses to be like Bill.
