I adore this, everything is amazing.
The cityscape in the iris is wonderful, the arrows(a favorite symbol of mine) work wonderfully, and the figure with the umbrella gives it a nonsensical feel. It's kinda similar to a drawing I did, except yours is much more colorful and better.
