Ok, this is a character, I always KNEW would make a return in the comics.

In The Simpsons "Homer vs the 18th amendment" (a semi-parody of "The Untouchables"), Rex Banner (voiced by Dave Thomas) is a U.S. Treasury officer in Washington, D.C. who was briefly sent to Springfield to uphold Prohibition in Springfield after a St. Patricks day riot, and Bark mistakenly getting drunk. Rex obeys laws like his life depends on it, but is somewhat corrupt. He talks hard & fast (Ex: "Listen, rummy, I'm gonna say it plain and simple. Where'd you pinch the hooch? Is some blind tiger jerking suds on the side?") and hardly shows any emotions (Ex: when he tried to laugh, all that came out was some faint sounds of "hehs" and "uhs"). In the end, He ends up bring catapulted out of town.

He finally made his return (like I always anticipated) in the comic, issue 213, to collect Homer’s overdue student loans as an act of vengence.

All & All, even though he can be quite the stone-cold douche, he is an interesting character, and there's no telling what his future has in store. Anyways, enjoy!
