Neyteri makes Jake strong and that's why I do adore about them I noticed his malnourished body become stronger because of her. When he stumbled, she was there when he was vulnerable. She showed him the way of Ewya. She showed him how to see and saved him from Colonel at the end. He showed her his strength and heart; and was willing to see the truth and find himself. When he stumbled, he valued her too much and the people too, and tried to save them when Quaritch came. He showed her that despite being an alien, he still cared for her. They both learn from each other. It’s the subtle character moments that I adore in Avatar. I see Neytiri become more human, and Jake more Alien. When they do mate, it’s an expression of feeling and she accepted him. She saw him and choose him, as he did her. I do adore the couple, the best, in my opinion being Jack and Rose, and then Jake and Neytiri Of course with the sequels, among so many different things, I cannot wait to see the couple grow and have more strife and in the end they stay together.
