Alistair Onasis is one of many enhanced individuals rescued from the war-torn apocalyptic world of Raniux Prime. Alistair is one of the few prisoners who aided the heroes on their mission when they arrived at the heinous world. Unfortunately, years of physical and mental torture shattered his mind irreparably destroying his memories. Though his captors stripped him of the life he once lived, Alistair's spirit remained unbroken. Refusing to surrender to the corruption and influence of evil Alister was eventually sentenced to pits to serve as entertainment. There he fought for his own life and the lives of his fellow prisoners using everything he had to shield them from harm and help them live one more day. After he and his fellow prisoners were freed Alistair and the other Terran captives were returned to Earth. Commended for his bravery and skill and power Alistair was offered to be a part of Atlas. Accepting their offer, he took on the moniker Cyclone and continued to protect those who couldn't protect themselves on Earth.

Alistair creates and manipulates an ethereal semi translucent wind-like-energy. It is because of this energy Alistair is able to use his abilities off world as well as in space. As despite its appearance the power he manipulates is more akin to hard-light energy than wind.
