She has a new name now, Cadet the dragon.... I till cringe at the "the[insertanimalhere]" But. With her new design and comparing it to the anthro Penny, they are now no longer the same character.It could be the same as how Tails' real name is actually Miles, and have Cadet as a nickname. I'm not so sure. But I will soon settle down with a new name if I decided to go with Cadet

I think her new horns definitely look better when they're shorter like they are here.
