Moth pencil DrawingA lot of fun drawing this one
i even started destroying the paper because i layered so much black into this drawing. People keep asking me to post my whole process , well i did. I have a whole album on my Facebook fan page ( Atomic circuS ) dedicated to work in progress. In that album you can find step by step progress for both my digital work and my traditional work.
Also i used water based color pencils from Derwent , just love using these color pencils.

Holy Balls!
This is like one of those optical illusions things. I swear to everything that I thought that was an actual moth that you got on the paper, I really did. It looks so so so real. Just the tiny scale patterns on it's wings. I've never seen that before, like EVAR. And then I paused and noticed some of the shading, which was a little telling, and the skull on it's thorax. Ah, creepy little bastard. I see what you did there. Went all Silence Of The Lambs on us. But the red skull is so so pretty.
I normally like other things like... naked girls and explosions but this is awesome! I favoring it because I want to keep it forever in it's amazing and unmatched glory.
