Description
So, what's cooler than a Squirtle? One with Sunglasses of course! So originally it was just a PMD Squirtle, but then one of my friends was like "you gotta put those sunglasses on him" and so, he's wearing both a scarf and sunglasses. Also added a little watercolour background, makes it look more interesting...

I also forgot to add the tail when I was sketching, so now the image is a bit to the right... Oh well, nothing too serious.

Feel free to give me any criticism, I'm still fairly new to this and I want to become better in the future! Thanks!
