Description
He wanted Elena, Ibuki, Makoto and Sakura in a car at a specific order. Since the dupe he recommended me looks like a storm chasing car, I used a tornado map as the background. This was very frustrating to do, as you can see by this picture since these models of the Street Fighter girls were poorly rigged. But I hope it turned out OK.
