Based off of his design from the Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi cartoon mini-series (not to be confused with the Dark Horse comic series with the same name written by the late Tom Veitch, who also did Dark Empire), this is Count Dooku, as the disillusioned Jedi Master who has fallen to the Dark Side and recently become Darth Sidious's new apprentice Darth Tyranus, who'll be a major supporting character for The Book of Jango Fett: A Star Wars Story, an eight-part prequel mini-series for my future fanfiction project called Star Wars: Clone Wars Tales , with 2003 Clone Wars art style by Genndy Tartakovsky.

Description:
Born into a noble family on the planet Serenno in the year 102 BBY during the High Republic Era, Dooku was the heir to vast wealth and the noble title of Count. Dooku was taken by the Jedi Order as a child and apprenticed to Jedi Master Thame Cerulian. As a Jedi Knight, he took Qui-Gon Jinn as his Padawan and later trained Komari Vosa. Dooku was a respected instructor in the Jedi Temple and one of the most renowned swordsmen in the galaxy, surpassed only by Grandmaster Yoda and equal to Master of the Order Mace Windu.

Dooku spent nearly seventy years as a Jedi, but the disastrous Battle of Galidraan in 44 BBY shook his faith in the Order and the Galactic Republic. He fell under the influence of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine of Naboo, and left the Jedi Order. He fell under the influence of Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine of Naboo, and left the Jedi Order shortly after the death of his former apprentice Qui-Gon at the hands of Darth Maul in 32 BBY. Dooku's abrupt departure greatly disturbed the Jedi Order, earning him the title of the final member of what would be known as "the Lost Twenty," a collection of twenty Jedi Masters that have lived throughout the waning years of the Galactic Republic who left over irreconcilable ideological differences, with a few members even turning to the Dark Side of the Force. After learning that Palpatine was secretly the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, Dooku turned to the Dark Side, believing that him and Sidious can reforge the Skyriver Galaxy from its archaic ways of thinking. As Darth Maul's replacement, Dooku was now a Dark Lord of the Sith and was bestowed the title of "Darth Tyranus." His new master bestowed upon him the Sith title of Darth Tyranus. However, he was unaware that Sidious only considered him a temporary apprentice.

Throughout the first decade of Palpatine's chancellery, Dooku returned to his homeworld to reclaim his birthright as the Count of Serenno. With his vast fortune and status, Dooku used his resources and charisma to forge ties with megacorporations and star systems discontented with the Republic, and became the leader of the Separatist movement that coalesced into the Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS), also known as the Separatist Alliance. At the same time, he oversaw the development of two vast armies that would be pitted against each other in the conflict to come: the Separatist Droid Army, which consisted entirely of battle droids manufactured on Geonosis; and the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR), composed by clone troopers bred on Kamino and modeled on the infamous Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett.
