Well I think she was a one-shot villain, so that would make it harder, but the show itself was pretty lame (if I recall) hehe

I still like her though, when I post the final version I'll talk all about it.

I was watching some Freakazoid episodes.. And it got me thinking... Isn't she from Freakazoid? There's a lot of crazy enemies/characters, she could easily fit in that show! The chara design is pretty close

If your design's right, she looks pretty close to something animated be either Disney or Warner Bros animation studios! (but you did wrote Saban and NightStorm Media in a comment...mmmh)

my second guess was it could be a from monster rancher but i didn't know of any sphynxes but it looks so much like a stylized sphynxy from the tiny toons

Well I think we can rule out Gargoyles, Disney's Hercules, Aladdin, Tiny Toons, and Wapsi Square. ...Now, I've only seen part of one episode of Tutenstein (and she wasn't in it), but it looks like the right styel to me
