I made sure to pay special attention and ensure that I coloured the buttons to match her earrings etc. I spent a lot of time on the legs and picking the colours. I'm such a purve for shiny stuff...

Yeah matching colours can be a pain, I have to guess the colour and then cos I mainly darken things choose a lighter version. Hmm Ohes I tend to guess from fan art about, what seems like it would look closest

I do the same thing. I finally read about colour theory this summer so when I get stumped I hit the colour wheel, you'd be surprised how often it "just works".
