Born in the decaying urban sprawl of Newark, answered his homeland call in the civil unrest of the Collapse, forged into a warmachine in the fires of the 2nd Central American Conflict and went on Solo career in the years to follow as a Cyberpsycho for Hire. Personal friend of President Kress, Queen Victoria II and the Pope. A number of his exploits is attributed to the likes as Morgan Blackhand or Johnny Silverhand, but he's ok with that, because his ego was replaced with state of the art, military grade cybernetics.

Johnny is Cyberpunk character in alternate timeline where the Collapse happened in mid 2020s instead of mid 1990s. So, although there's a lot of yellow and shit, he's not a part of Cyberpunk 2077 reality.
