This are all really great suggestions. Personal favorites are Karl Urban as Batman, Eva Green as Catwoman, Tim Olphan as Two-Face, Colm Feore as Mr. Freeze and Sharlto Copley as Scarecrow.
Karl Urban and Logan Lerman would be a perfect Batman and Robin.

Nah! I think someone like Josh Brolin or Clive Owen for Batman/Bruce Wayne and Marion Cottillard or other most like her as Selina Kyle. Your other cast it's ok.
