Description
Touketsu-Vegeta, a DBZ transformation concept I originally uploaded under the handle LupinGoddess back in ’06. Yes, his name means “Frozen Vegetable” (He is more widely known as "Kidnapped" in the Dragon Ball AF community). "Transformed" is the original title I gave this drawing when I uploaded all those years ago, so I stuck with it.
