They were raised together as twins on a farm, They did the cute little one sings/other plays music twin band, but Octavia thought she needed do to more then a country thing with her family and decided to play a classier instrument and left a note stating "Dear Fiddlesticks- I must find my destiny in Manehattan, I love you and I'll always be with you ~Tavi". Leaving her twin and best friend behind.

To me it's like the alternate story for what could have happened with Applejack. Simply, Octavia didn't come home.
Just imagine if AJ hadn't, Big Mac coulda been the element of honesty and get shipped even more than he does now!

As always, a fantastic piece. The emotion conveyed here feels like it can almost reach out to me. You almost feel kind of guilty, like you're there as well but as a bystander unable to do or say anything. Nice.

Fiddlesticks and Octavia are twin non-identical sisters. They're father died in a working accident, and their mother is slowly dying because of her deteriorating health. They both promise to be able to take care of her to hep her recover her health, but, while Fiddlesticks decided to stay near her mom, to always be there for her, at the risk of less money. Octavia decided that the only way to be able to properly give the care that their mother needs, she decides to go find her "destiny" aka, a good paying job, so she can afford any health care that her mother needs, so she won't die. Amid arguements of which way is best to care for her, Octavia leaves, leaving only a letter to tell her sister what she will do
