for the 30min Challenge, Europe time woo!(we had 60 minutes for this challenge but I ahd to finish it around 40-45 minutes)

45 minutes?! WHAT HOW?! I gotta up my game here! I know the texture filter makes it more finished and you may say "cheap" in my reviewic senses, but holy mother of cow. What took you the longest?! I want to know what part of this picture that honestly looks much tougher than 40 minutes and under to be fullfilled under that many minutes!

Wow! I love that papery effect you gave this piece. (How did you do that? I was looking around for it in Photoshop, but I couldn't figure out how to do it

I think it worked like this:
1.Get a paper texture on a new layer under your drawing
2.Set the drawing layer to "Overlay"
3. HUZZAH! You are done

I'm so stupid. I botched up the order of the layers. As I stated earlier, I haven't done this in a while. After it didn't work for me too, I did a quick research and found this tutorial for texture overlay in Photoshop - [link]
In a nutshell : [link] (Sta.sh). This is the result with the layer arrangement and settings.
