Rage02: Something random I did in multimedia class assignment or notRage02: I had to edit my face in photoshop using only the smudge, sharpen, and blur tool to make a mask for halloween
Completely my idea
no references, no other tools

i found out from a match i had against AI ds (what i'm probably going to call deathstroke from now on) i would try to teleport and he'd low block it every time and punish it with up guns

it's more of a counter thing... where if you see them using a projectile you use it...

he is according to the only tier list i've seen C tier (on of the worst) [link] (note that this was before batgirl and that the sections are in alphabetical order)
but you know what i think of tiers? they go in there that's what
luthor is a keepaway character with tricky to do combos... in my opinion luthor's biggest weakness is his size, he is the tallest character in the game

that i understand, i just wanted to switch up my online play
also because i found out how to use alternate colors. what you do is, open the costumes menu on the characters select, select you costume and hit start instead of X. but insurgency luthor's press start color is awesome (normal ares turns red for some reason)

some alternate colors are barely notice able, regime ares is a prime example of that (it tries to make the bones stand out more), while others stand out like crazy, killer frost's regime is a prime example of that (she gets a really nice black outfit but keeping her blue hair)

which way? easy to notice are not so easy... cuz i haven't looked at those in particular, i know for sure regime adam's alternate color is almost no difference at all
