Easily one of my favorite character designs ever, Dee is the son of a detective and an engineer who is using his impromptu combination of these two disciples to engage in a deadly, impulsive manhunt with his disgraced father as the quarry! Those lucky enough to have worked with Dee along the way describe him as a "sentient lucky charm", whose allies are always "covered" (a running buzz word with him) when things heat up. Of course, he knows that luck is only part of it, that his capacity for planning and pacing paired with his experimental biotech are what guarantees his momentary allies safety. Only his circle, 4 deeply committed friends who share his vision for an end to a BARELY paused war among the shadows...
