Wonderful picture.
Good composition and movement.
Colors and lights are awesome.
I love the horn through the hole of flames.
I think the tail should be a bit thicker.
And the smaller fine feathers near the body - it is strange that the big strong feathers are twisted by the wind and those subtle smalls not.
These are the only problems, i found.

I simply adore the light on the feathers but the ear and fire seem weird to me. Also, the hind legs appear a bit too short. I like your horses anyway

what i like best is the way you did the wings, the fact that, instead of being folded in the back, like in most traditional representation, they are spread towards the front. and the coloring of the feathers really helps create a tridimensional effect, as if they reach out of the painting, towards the viewer
