Guys you just have to google it, they have different backstories, the show makes it very clear they're not related so why? Why this?
What's more these "anti shippers" can be rather aggressive or unpleasant sometimes. Chill out, it's just a fandom. If you don't like an artist interpretation of fictional characters, just scroll by... (this is valid for every fandom by the way)
