(One scenario, many tfs...)
We were exploring an abandoned military base that we thought looked like the Overwatch headquarters from the game, while there, we come across a room with multiple weapons inside and decided to take one. What we didn't know, was that there was more to those weapons then meets the eye...
The weapons for each tf:
Ashe- ''Viper'' Rifle.
Ana- Biotic Rifle.
Bastion- a transforming gun thingie. (No idea what to call his weapon).
Brigette- Mace.
Doomfist- Hand cannons.
D.Va- Fusion cannons (that are attached to her mech) or her Light gun.
Genji- Shurikens and/or the Dragon Blade.
Hanzo- Storm Bow.
Junkrat- Frag Launcher.
Lúcio- Sonic Amplifier
Mei- ENDOTHERMIC BLASTER! (In all caps cause this weapon basically equals doom)
Mercy- Caduceus Staff.
McCree- Peacekeeper
Moira- Biotic Grasp wrist guards/gloves/bracelets/gauntlets that give her the ability).
Orisa- Fusion Driver.
Pharah- Rocket Launcher.
Roadhog- Scrap Gun.
Reinhardt- Rocket Hammer.
Reaper- Hellfire Shotguns.
Soldier. 76- Heavy Pulse Rifle.
Symmetra- Photon Projector.
Sombra- Machine Pistol.
Torbjörn- Rivet Gun.
Tracer- Pulse Pistols.
Winston- Tesla Cannon.
Widowmaker- The Widow's Kiss sniper rifle.
Wreaking Ball/Hammond- Ball Mech.
Zarya- Particle Cannon.
Zenyatta- Orbs.
Rules:
No. Stinking. Mature.
Ask for side effects.
No fetishes.
MC is optional.
I am ok if some guys wanna tf into D.Va, but I don't want to see EVERYONE want to, so keep in mind that I have a limit and that it might be smart to have a second option in mind.
Say if you want solo tf or me there too. (Solo RPs tend to get less attention and effort from me.)

"Want to go look and see if we can find them?" I ask, curious to see who else may have been transformed and who they might have became.

"Yeah, good to keep looking," I nod, trotting my way back to the doorway out of the room.

I followed, using my wings to hover just above the ground as we searched.

We enter back into the hallway. "Wonder if we have some sort of tracker or outreach system built into our brains to look for anyone," I muse. "Haven't really explored just how much our minds are capable of now..."

"It's certainly possible we could have something like that, although figuring out how to make it work might take a little effort." I say with a small shrug.

"It's something we can explore as we're left to looking around," I remark, trying to focus on my mentally-controlled HUD system as we walk down the corridor. There's at least a few more doors up beyond a curve...

Figuring out your new mental HUD system was actually a lot easier than we had expected, it was like some new instinct we now had.
There were a few other doors before the next hall ended, each one looking a bit different than the last, one was for mechanical parts and repairs, one lead to a meeting/briefing/debriefing room and a few others seemed to lead to crew quarters, storage, and other random stuff like that.

Oh, certainly handy. I try looking up any sort of map for this complex, if it exists in my digital memories.
I also peak through the doors when I reach them, maybe not so much for detailed exploration, but to look for anyone inside.

“Good, I have a map,” I comment while looking inside the repair chamber. ”Now if we could only find someone...”

Then, a noise coming from another room caught your attention.

I look up, eye lenses widening, alert.
"Did you hear that?" I ask you. "What did that sound like?"

"Yeah, I think it may have been someone messing around in one of the garages." I respond.

"Hmm..." I try walking more quietly in the direction of the garage area. A shame I wasn't given built-in stealth systems..

Fortunately, whoever was in there didn't seem to hear you coming. Maybe they were too busy to notice?

I try to move closer, trying to make out in the dark what sort of being this might be over there.

Whoever is was definitely sounded like someone fairly tall given the way the footsteps sounded.

I glance at you. "Think you could get closer to this guy more easily?"

"Sure, I'll let ya know if the person is an enemy or not." I nod, looking for a place to enter unseen.

I stand back a bit, trying not to let my girth get in the way of your efforts.

I find a place to enter where I wouldn't be immediately noticed by whoever was in there.

I watch from my spot, keeping an eye and audio sensor out elsewhere for any other indicators of people.

No sounds of combat could be heard, thankfully, so maybe the stranger wasn't a hostile.

I Try peeking in, wondering if this character might reveal themself better.

"Good news, he isn't an enemy!" I call out to you a few moments later.

"Oh, who is he?" I call back trotting forwards and assuming there's no need to be secretive now.

"Looks like Reinhardt, but robotic like us." I answer calmly.

"Ah... did you talk to him yet?"

"Yep! He says he was transformed like we were."

"Makes sense." I walk in, hoping to get a good look at him.

It did indeed look like Reinhardt, but in his lunar new year skin, which probably meant he was a robotic version of Reinhardt similar to how we were robotic versions of the characters we had become.

"Uh... hello," I say with a slightly nervous wave of my handed arm.

"Greetings." He says in a slightly more robotic sounding version of Reinhardt's voice, sounding friendly enough.

"Not that long, a little less than a day." He says.

"Indeed," I hit the "call" button, hoping there's enough room for all three of us in the lift.

"So... what sort of person were you before the robot thing?" I ask Reinheart with us.
