Sorry for not posting in such a long time! I was on a break.

This is a watercolour from my last Sketching Sunday session.
I got inspired by the alligator snapping turtle I saw at the zoo a few days back.
Do you think I should make more fantasy watercolour like this?

The alligator snapping turtle (Macrochelys temminckii) is native to freshwater habitats in the United States. It is classified as Vulnerable by the IUCN because of habitat alteration, exploitation by trappers for a large domestic market and a growing international market for its meat, pollution and pesticide accumulation. But the last assessment was in 1996 so it is clearly in need of more research.
