I have a lot of dreams where my teeth are rotting out or there's gravel in my mouth, it always just keeps coming until I wake myself up

fun fact one night I was having repeated stress dreams and in a bout of sleep paralysis I yelled "fuck off you ugly bitch" to the weird skinless man at the end of my bed, waking up my partner who naturally responded "what did you just say?" and I pointed to the end of the bed and said "the guy at the end of the bed"

(another incident I was just mumbling about colours and they were like "what are you saying... why are you awake..." I was just about as disoriented and confused as them)
