Description
Biography:During his sparklinghood, Windback, or rather Turbine, lived in the suburbs of Cybertropolis. There, he would meet Hot Rod and Gazellerate and become best friends. Over the stellar cycles, he and Hot Rod decided to enroll to the Autobot Academy to become Autobot Officers. It was there that Turbine realizee that he is an Outlier; a cybertroian with unique abilities. His Outlier ability was to rewind time for a short amount. That is also when he changed his name that he now has today. After graduation, Windback and Hot Rod patrolled the streets of Iacon City and Cybertropolis. That is until Ultra Magnus offered any officers to help him capture Gnashteeth and his Decepticon forces. Under normal circumstances, Windback would've turned down the offer, not exactly feeling for partolling deep space, but he caught wind that his older brother was last spotted with the Transmetal Tyrant. So he tagged along with his partner to Earth, where he would meet Bellona and Henry.

This is my Transformers X Phineas and Ferb Next Generation Oc. I've always planned on using him in the Phineas and ferb Next Generation thing. And if you have any questions about him, I could fill in some gaps, but the rest will be answered via comic that I will make soon.
