The Federation Armaments Company (FAC) M96 is the standard service rifle used by United Federation Armed Forces. It is chambered in the standard 6.5x39mm round and features a duel-optical sight system. It's enlarged grip also makes it easily wielded by non-Terran species with large hands such as the Ghankrons, the porcine humanoids of Entelod.

(This is an assault rifle that I made for my Terran-fan fiction series. I based the bullpup-style design mostly off the Morita rifle from the movie Starship Troopers.)
