Panorarmour...Burringurrah played dreamtime Pan
on the mount not wanting manhood
forced walkabout; the rainbow's span
on serpent trails of colour, a boy stood
dream of when the bush was struck
to bring in the laughter with the dawn
kookaburra's call; in dreams pluck
all creatures of the bush for morn'
in spirit time the world all round
with every tribe, a time of dreams
in childlike approach we found
that nothing's really as it seems
our desert pan was never to grow old
this world of ours, kills the child inside
thoughts of a loving, spirit of laughter
