Proper meet of this boi eventually, for now this will do! Picture was Made: May 9, 2021Miser is- obviously- a abnormal gengar! the glow blue areas is a dimension rift, and its settled from his neck, to his stomach!
Anything he eats has set chances to land somewhere different, the area he's sitting at is I think one of the higher chances.
