should have done more to define the facial features - tried to tweek the contrast here so there is some sense of it - I am not a sculptor nor am I young any more and my devotion is tempered by the cold. I have built some form of snow object or creature since we got this house many years ago as an act of recognition and celebration of the season. Less celebration now as the cold wears me down faster and spring sun seems like more of a blessing. In any case this is not meant to be an artistic offering but a cultural acknowledgement. Thanks to my daughter for running out of a warm house with her phone to humor an old man.
