Reconstruction of the basal osteoglossomorph, Yungkangichthys macrodon, from the 4th Formation of the Wakino Fish Fauna of a palaeolake in Early Cretaceous Kyushu.Yungkangichthys is closely related to the Chinese Paralycoptera, and the Japanese Aokiichthys.
