A powerful legend cast into the void and forgotten, Devicus waits to be freed to exact his revenge on those who wronged him.AN: Wooo, another fakemon! This is Devicus, a Dragon/Fighting type pokemon. Inspired by war horses decked in armor and the kirin, he's probably my most favorite so far. I made his "armor"-like scales shine a little to give off that unnatural, unearthly look. Also, he is adversary to Arceus, which I will explain later.
