Description
Since I wanted to have Oscar's can in its' original iteration, one of the additions I had to make was decorating it more. In the actual, we could only see a red string hung with trash and a grey comb off to the side. That had more of a free pass since it was covered with 123, but as its' own free-seen unit, you have more to see. I didn't wanna overdress it either. I kept it simple and just added some red garland, another comb, newspaper fringes on the bottom barrel, a scram sign and a bunch of popped balloons.
