First off, I'd like to say, this if my first time drawing EITHER of these characters, so I'm sure I skrewed something up. So to any fans of these characters I apologize. I'm a major fan of both of them, myself, but I still probably messed up. lol

So, anyway, I got this idea when I was watching Monsters vs Aliens with the commentary on and the directors mentioned that orignally Dr. Cockroach would have a tie, like most doctors. But they began laughing about the fact he wears a turtle neck, now, instead. lol They were basically talking about how unique it was for a mad scientist to wear a turtle neck. I thought nothing of it until watching Phineas and Ferb and realizing that Dr. Doofenshmirtz also wears a turtle neck. XD I thought, "these guys are two of a kind!" So I had to draw this!

Be honest, now. You can TOTALLY see Doof saying this to Dr. C if he passed him on the street. lol

And poor Dr. Cockroach is like, "Just keep walking. Maybe he'll go away..." XD
